Pant vs Kohli! India’s future vs India’s present! Delhi vs Bangalore is the 22nd game of the Indian T20 League.

Both the teams are riding high on the table with both losing just one out of the total games they have played so far. Delhi are on a roll winning 3 on the troot.
Bangalore, on the other hand, suffered their first loss at the hands of Chennai in their last game. It was a drubbing but knowing the mentality Kohli and his team have, they would probably think of it as a one-off game. Just nothing went right for them in that encounter. The in-form batting did not click. Their best bowler this season got hit for 37 in the last over. Despite all of that though it is difficult to see them tinker a lot with their team. One change which might take place is Christian might be replaced by Shahbaz Ahmed as the Ahmdabad track
might just aid the spinners. They have Sams too who they can pick and he won’t be a bad option to go with.

Delhi, on the other hand, need not change anything except for one forced one. Ashwin who has pulled out of
the tournament will be a big miss for them. Lalit Yadav who’s a like-to-like replacement might just come in but
if they go for a seam-bowling option, they can bring in either Umesh Yadav or Ishant Sharma. Bangalore have the better head-to-head record against Delhi but it is surely an even contest heading into this game.
